Kalashray is an organization dedicated to cultural development through its cultural heritage whose objective is to provide a platform to new art seekers who are continuously engaged in the practice of Indian classical art forms and to give them an opportunity to share the stage with eminent art scholars of India. Along with this, making various Indian art forms available to the common folk and keeping our culture alive has been an integral part of the organization’s objectives.

For several years, many programs have been organized by the institution, including a series of morning raaga concerts that were organized so that the morning and afternoon raagas could be saved from extinction. Bhimsen Sangeet Samaroh, which is held in the memory of Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi, in which many young and eminent artists from across the country, such as Padmabhushan Pandit Vishwamohan Bhatt, have participated.
